We offer Free Shipping on all Australian orders. The free shipping discount is applied automatically in cart. The free shipping discount applies to Standard shipping.

Standard shipment orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days of receipt of payment - shipping time is an additional time from dispatch date. Contact us for an estimate to your country. All shipping & product prices are in $AUD.

 

 

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Parcels are delivered with AusPost or Sendle.

  • You will receive an email the day we dispatch - ensure you enter your email address correctly so you can keep an eye out for your shipment

  • Australia Post and Sendle will email you with your eParcel tracking number, they will also email you updates as your parcels moves through the network

  • Check that your PayPal account has the CORRECT address - we have to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you shipping to re-post

  • Generally we dispatch within 3 business days of ordering, and Australia Post stipulate that it takes between 3-6 business days to deliver - please check your parcel for its whereabouts within a week of ordering and keep an eye out for it to be sitting at your Local Post Office for pick up

  • Parcels requiring a signature on delivery - we cannot leave a note for the postman saying your parcel can be left at the door/behind the gate/ etc. It will be attempted to be delivered and then transferred to your Local Post Office for collection.

  • Should your parcel be left unclaimed and returned to us, we will notify you of this and we will re-ship to you at YOUR cost. This is because we have to pay to have your parcel returned to us.

  • Orders received before 11am on a business day with Express postage will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day - with an expected delivery to your the next business day. Orders received after 11am will be sent next business day
